Administrator - Day Program Chico, CA | Full-Time | $26.00/hour Are you looking to grow your career while making a meaningful impact? At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do. We are seeking a Day Program Administrator to join our team in Chico, CA. Position Summary
As a Day Program Administrator, you will lead the daily operations of a program supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll play a key role in building a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment while leading a dedicated team. What You'll Do Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), providing coaching, training, and guidance
Manage daily program operations, including scheduling, staff coverage, and community-based activities
Ensure the implementation of individualized care plans, behavior plans, and participant goals
Support individuals in developing life skills, communication, and social engagement
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Assist with program administration, including documentation, reporting, and tracking of program needs
Partner with leadership and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for supporting individuals to live meaningful and independent lives
