Job Description

Administrator Day Program

OverviewThe Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an Adult Day Program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role ensures high-quality service delivery, staff supervision, and compliance while supporting a person-centered environment located in Chico, CA. Pay Rate $26.00/hour

Shift:

M-F 7a-330 w/30 min lunch Key Responsibilities Supervise and provide leadership to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Lead DSPs

Oversee day-to-day program operations, including scheduling, staffing, and community-based activities

Ensure implementation of individual service plans, behavior plans, and program documentation

Provide hands-on support and coaching to staff in direct care, behavior management, and skill development

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (Title 17/22) and Merakey policies

Support program administration, including documentation, reporting, and oversight of individual funds

Partner with Program Director and interdisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes

Foster a collaborative, positive team environment and address staffing needs proactively

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities required

Minimum 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience required

Strong knowledge of behavior supports, compliance, and program operations

Valid Driver's License required
