This entry-level role plays a key part in the day-to-day office operations, including customer communication, billing, accounts receivable, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. What You'll Do Support project administrative activities from start to finish Provide professional customer service and communication Manage schedules accurately using office software Assist with accounts receivable and collections Track projects and prepare reports Maintain project documentation across multiple software platforms Manage details for multiple projects simultaneously Respond to customer questions and concerns Coordinate with internal teams to manage shared resources Perform accurate and timely data entry Issue and manage purchase orders and assist with accounts payable Work with temporary staffing agencies as needed Process and manage daily time records for payroll Attend meetings as required Timecards Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For 1+ year of office administration or related experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent data entry accuracy Experience with accounts receivable or billing Proficiency with Windows-based systems and office software Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High attention to detail and sense of urgency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Professional, in-office setting Regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, filing systems) This position is on-site and cannot be performed remotely 8am-5pm
