Front Office Coordinator / Dental Assistant Float - Endodontic Specialty Practice Inland Empire Endodontics | [Chino, CA] | Full-Time About Us Inland Empire Endodontics is a busy, patient-centered endodontic specialty practice dedicated to providing exceptional root canal treatment to our community. We pride ourselves on delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every patient, and we are looking for a team member who shares that commitment. About the Role We are looking for a friendly, organized, and bilingual Front Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will primarily support our front office operations while occasionally assisting chairside when needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates warmly with patients, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Primary Responsibilities —
Front Office:
Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner Answer phones and handle patient inquiries with empathy and efficiency Schedule and confirm patient appointments Assist with patient registration and medical history intake Maintain accurate patient records in our practice management software Dental billing and insurance verification Support the front office manager with administrative tasks as needed Secondary Responsibilities — Clinical Float (as needed): Take digital X-rays and CBCT scans Assist endodontists chairside during root canal procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin — required Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills — this is our top priority Previous dental front office or dental assisting experience preferred Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures Strong phone manner and communication skills Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental or TDO a plus) Knowledge of dental X-ray and CBCT imaging a plus Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player How to
