In this dynamic role, you'll support daily shop operations by assisting with floral arrangements, customer service, and merchandising to create an inviting and inspiring shopping experience. This paid position is a great opportunity to develop hands-on skills in floral design, retail sales, and customer engagement—all while working in a fast-paced, creative environment dedicated to beauty and detail.

Responsibilities Hours:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Tuesday - Friday Communicate with international wholesale vendors to ensure clear coordination and adequate inventory levels Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers selecting flowers, plants, and arrangements Maintain flower freshness by watering, trimming, and properly rotating stock Track inventory daily and identify restocking needs Organize and replenish floral supplies, ensuring displays are neat, accessible, and visually appealing Accurately handle cash and POS transactions, including basic retail math Create and maintain attractive seasonal and promotional displays Keep the floral workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times Assist in floral design, including bouquets, centerpieces, and custom arrangements Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and meet sales goals Qualifications Passion for floral design, creativity, or related fields preferred Strong communication skills in English & Spanish; Spanish is mandatory A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory . Previous floral experience is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, carrying, etc.) Familiarity with POS systems or retail environments is a plus Why Join Us?
