- 4:00 pm Job Summary Job Summary Under general direction, performs a wide variety of complex computer/clerical office duties requiring specialized knowledge of district attendance accounting system; implements health office procedures; performs related work as required.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of the District's Clerical Exam;
NOTE:
Those who have previously successfully passed the District's Clerical examination areREQUIRED
to complete the written portion of this exam if not currently completed- First Aid/AED/CPR card required within 30 days of start of employment.
- Ability to perform a variety of computer/clerical work of moderate difficulty and complexity; make mathematical calculation with speed and accuracy; understand and follow oral and written directions. Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
- Current Resume for both internal and external applicants.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; CPR/First Aid Certification Proof of HS Graduation Requirements /Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
