$19.48•$21.92 Hourly Job Summary Clerical Support will provide general office support to assist in the functioning of the company. This job requires work to be performed in an office environment. The job is performed under very comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of the job. Primary Responsibilities and Duties Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Technical Capacity Utilize and maintain standard office equipment including computers. Ability to train others in computer systems. Assist in onboarding new hires. Thoroughness Accurate data entry and completion of company reports. Audit associated documentation for accuracy including but not limited to inspection documents, personnel reports, inventory, etc. Provide direct support and assistance as requested to all team members. Ensure accuracy and quality specifications. Continuous mental and visual attention required. Organizational Skills Proficient clerical, reception, and office coordination skills. Proficient time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Retrieve, organize and distribute documents and information. Possess effective communication and the ability to follow instructions. Ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions and limited supervision. Inventory reporting and stock control. Personal Effectiveness/Credibility Perform all duties in a professional manner. Project a favorable image of the company to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and customer satisfaction. Interpersonal skills with experience providing complex, confidential support with tact and diplomacy. Be impartial and perform all duties in a professional manner. Be flexible, punctual, and dependable. Be available to work day, night, weekend, and/or Holiday shifts (as stated on Conditional Offer). Maintain a clean and safe work area. Problem Solving/Analysis Ability to work with or without direct supervision in accordance with laws, instructions and techniques. Physical Demands Intense and exacting mental and visual attention. Constant repetitive use of both hands for keying/typing. Constant sitting. Occasional twisting at the neck and waist. Occasional reaching overhead. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Travel Occasional day and overnight travel may be required; transportation will be provided. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Full-time seasonal position (hours of work and days vary). Eligible for overtime pay (non-exempt according to the Fair Labor Standards Act). Length of service is relative to the grape harvest. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required. A minimum of two years office experience. Proficient computer skills. Ability to read, write and speak English. Proficient written communication and mathematical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences (i.e. staff, winery personnel, etc.). General safety knowledge. Substitute Eligibility Qualifications Associates degree (or higher) and one year office experience may be substituted for the required two years office experience.
