100% onsite, no remote work available We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedTemp:
Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth front office operations, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting accounting processes, and assisting with plant administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, comfortable multitasking, and able to work effectively in a manufacturing setting while managing multiple priorities throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Utilize Microsoft Excel for daily administrative functions including data entry, tracking spreadsheets, basic formulas, and report review Serve as the main point of contact for front office activities including answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting vendors/customers, and managing incoming/outgoing mail Organize, scan, maintain, and archive documentation to support audits, compliance initiatives, and accounting activities Support office operations including supply ordering, invoice handling, phone list maintenance, and file organization Assist with Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing, reconciliation support, and administrative data entry Update and maintain expense reports with a high level of accuracy and timeliness Perform file purging and shredding in accordance with company retention and confidentiality policies Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned Maintain professionalism and strong customer service when interacting with internal and external contacts Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience required Manufacturing environment experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Information This is an onsite role and requires attendance in the Commerce, CA facility five days per week Position is covering a leave of absence for approximately 8 weeks Assignment extension may be considered based on operational needsPay:
