Administrative Assistant (Entry Level) Cre8 Design Plus, LLC - 4.0 Corona, CA Job Details Part-time | Contract $17 - $18 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Written communication Administrative experience Attention to detail Office record organization Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant (entry level) to help with the preparation, coordination, and tracking of project submittals for architectural and construction projects. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative, drafting, or coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring that project documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Responsibilities Prepare and organize project packages for city, county, and agency submittals. Upload and submit plans, reports, and supporting documents through online permitting portals. Track permit applications and plan review comments. Coordinate project status with project managers, the design team, architects, engineers and government agencies regarding project status. Maintain accurate records of submittals, approvals, corrections, and permit timelines. Assist the team with various projects. Qualifications Previous administrative experience is required. Experience with construction, permitting or project coordination is highly preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn and navigate various municipal online permit portals. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Ability to work independently.
