Position Summary:

The Administrative Support Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program and serves as a critical member of the assessment support team. This position coordinates participant scheduling, program communications, travel administration, logistics support, stakeholder engagement, and documentation management while supporting all phases of Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program execution. The Administrative Support Assistant works closely with the Business Intelligence Analyst and Government Program Manager to ensure efficient program operations and delivery of required program support services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform administrative support activities for all Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program assessment components. Coordinate communications with stakeholders, panelists, participants, and leadership. Develop and maintain annual participant lists. Prepare weekly Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program schedules. Support registration activities and development of performance graphics. Promote and coordinate panel member participation. Notify participants and collect required candidate information. Prepare and distribute warning orders and feedback surveys. Provide on-site support during assessment events. Coordinate travel using the Defense Travel System. Review travel authorizations and vouchers. Maintain travel documentation and audit-support records. Create and distribute travel status and management reports. Support financial reconciliation and reporting requirements. Serve as Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program Moderator when directed by the Government.

Required Qualifications:

US Citizen Valid U.S. driver's license Must hold an active Secret Security Clearance Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Clear and effective verbal and written communication Minimum five (5) years of experience working with the Defense Travel System and applying Department of Defense travel processing procedures and policies. Minimum five (5) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications in a professional environment, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience in at least two professional settings exhibiting exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, superior customer service, and the ability to independently complete tasks with minimal supervision. Associate degree in an administrative field. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Highly Desired Qualifications :

Experience handling sensitive or confidential records. Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when managing personnel information. Experience supporting senior military leaders, Flag Officers, or executive-level personnel. Experience working successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen, and write. The employee frequently is required to use foot/ankle motions, hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
