We are looking for an administrative assistant that has a background in Construction, Engineering or Architectural. Hours will be Monday to Thursday from 7:30am-5:30pm and on Friday from 7:30am-11:30pm, this will be onsite
Duties/Responsibilities:
Front desk reception and serving as the first point of contact for internal staff and external clients via telephone, email, and in person. Process daily incoming and outgoing mail and shipments. Prepare routine correspondence, contracts, envelopes, labels, and memoranda as requested. Manage calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conferencing. Organize Lunch for the staff General office management including supply ordering, printer maintenance, coordinating IT support. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including restocking common areas and tidying up after meetings. Assist with AIA contract preparation. Assist with other duties when required
Qualifications:
1 year+ administrative experience required. Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills. Experience working in the design or architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry is preferred.
Experience with the following software:
Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Bluebeam and AIA contract document software is a plus. AA or Bachelor's Degree preferred Must be able to work right away Pay $24-26 an hour.
