Personal Assistant / Driver / Organizational Support

About the Role I'm looking for a dependable, organized Personal Assistant to help streamline both home and work life. The role includes driving, errands, organization, light administrative work, and social media tasks. If you like keeping things running smoothly and enjoy a role with variety, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities:

Driving & Errands Drive between Davis and Berkeley using employer-provided vehicle. Occasionally driving to other places like San Francisco. Run local errands (pickups, returns, groceries, etc.) Occasional appointment drop-offs/pick-ups Organization & Administrative Tasks Sort and organize mail Assist with inbox cleanup and task organization Help complete long-overdue or deferred tasks Light household and office organization Tech & Social Media Post content to Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Assist with basic tech tasks ( organizing google docs, setting up AI note takers, writing emails, etc.) Ideal Candidate Reliable, professional, and punctual Excellent driving record Comfortable with a mix of personal + light business tasks Tech-savvy and social-media friendly Organized and detail-oriented Able to maintain confidentiality Requirements Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the U.S. Comfortable driving regularly to Berkeley Ability to lift 20-25 lbs occasionally Benefits Use of employer-provided vehicle for all work driving Flexible schedule Long-term stability Supportive and respectful environment How to Apply Please send
