Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping workflows organized, managing front-desk communication, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks with accuracy. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance clerical support with responsive customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative activities by organizing records, preparing documents, and maintaining orderly office operations.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring messages and inquiries reach the appropriate contacts.
  • Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while creating a detail-oriented and helpful office environment.
  • Enter, update, and verify information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate general office support tasks such as scheduling, filing, correspondence, and routine follow-up actions.
  • Assist team members with clerical needs and help maintain consistent administrative processes across the office.
