This energetic role is vital in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, mail, and packages. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally. Assist with daily office operations, including organizing documents, maintaining order records, coordinating order paperwork, and supporting communication between the office and warehouse teams. Process customer orders and help organize the daily order schedule to ensure orders are handled efficiently. Other duties as assigned Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele and team members.
