Description:
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding phone calls, receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, and faxing. Skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software required. Internet research abilities are also important. Staff in this category may also have the title of dept. asst, coordinator or associate. Previous experience within HR department is helpful but not required. Past experience scheduling meetings/interviews/attention to detail is critical. Must have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) as well as excellent organization skills. 5-10 years of experience.
Must have experience working with physicians in admin capacity
would love someone who has pathology /lab medicine experience but not required
Bachelors degree is a plus
Will be working with expense reports, travel, and calendaring
Will have teams interview then onsite if selected to move forward
This temporary position will provide direct administrative support to up to seven physicians, including complex calendaring, meeting coordination, and scheduling across clinical and academic commitments. Responsibilities also include preparation and reconciliation of business expense reports, along with day-to-day administrative partnership to ensure efficient workflow, responsiveness, and continuity of operations.
