Parts Coordinator Position:
Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage (We cover our Employees 100%)

Pay:
$26.00/hour. (The Clerical / Administrative Associate position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation range of 20 to 26.) Up to 300 dollar bonus per month based on performance metrics 401(k) plan with company matching PTO, Sick Leave and Paid Holidays Company paid Basic Life & AD&D Insurance Voluntary benefits include: accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance and pet benefits and insurance. Also including commuter benefits, global emergency assistant services and employee assistance program (EAP) Position is full time

  • Friday 7:30 am
  • 5:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch.
Example Responsibilities of the Clerical Administrative /
Parts Coordinator:
  • Experience in the following areas is a plus but
NOT REQUIRED
Computerized check writing Time Card handling Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate Accounts Payable and Receivable Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork Answering customer phone calls Greeting customers in store Check in parts from a variety of vendors Check for damage and part accuracy Receiving invoices Give our customers a ride home Washing cars when needed Some janitorial work Requirements for the Clerical Admin / Parts Coordinator position: Computer/Typing Abilities Polished telephone and email abilities Customer Service Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory Valid Driver's License Hard Working Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly Complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy Confident self-starter who works well independently Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team for this Clerical / Admin Parts Coordinator opening!
