Role:
As an Office Coordinator, you will handle physical movement, distribution, and filing of bulky project documents and materials. This role would support the current Construction Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and distribute boxes, binders, plan sets, and project materials Organize and file Closeout documentation, Construction drawings, As-Builts, warranty manuals, and project binders Log materials as they are received or distributed Assemble document packages, label boxes and binders, prepare materials for delivery or storage, retrieve documents as requested Maintain organized filing and staging areas
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Proficient Microsoft Office skills Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills Ability to handle large items and bulky materials, and being able to lift up to 20 pounds Multi-task oriented
Additional Details:
Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 100% onsite work model. Part time - 2 days a week

Pay Details:
$21.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
