As the Early Childhood Services Coordinator, you will support program operations by coordinating referrals, service delivery processes, and documentation to ensure timely and efficient access to services. This role also supports program growth and service delivery capacity. Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day program operations to ensure timely and consistent service delivery Coordinate and track referrals from intake through service start, ensuring timely routing, follow-up on delays, and escalation of barriers Support onboarding and training coordination for program staff to ensure understanding of policies, procedures, and curriculum Review documentation and program records for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness to support compliance and billing requirements Support timekeeping and payroll processes by ensuring accuracy and timely submission of staff timesheets Support tracking of key program data (e.g., referrals, service start timelines, caseloads) to improve visibility and operational decision-making Coordinate Parent Play groups by arranging for staffing, planning and leading activities. Participate in community outreach and meetings to support program awareness and referral growth Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with regulatory requirements Values Innovation

Knowledge, Skills, and Education Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Human Services, Business Administration, or related field preferred (new) 1-2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support role required (new) Experience in social services, early childhood, or healthcare preferred (new) Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire. Must receive criminal record clearance from DOJ. Must have valid California Driver's license, safe driving record, and have been licensed to drive at least 2 years. Must maintain current and adequate auto insurance. Must obtain CPR/FA certification if not already certified (we offer training for new hires). Read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Collaborative-minded professional with strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to form positive, supportive, and professional working relationships. Detail-oriented with ability to ensure accuracy of program documents and paperwork. Comfortable working with data, tracking systems, and documentation requirements Ability to manage work time efficiently and meet deadlines without close supervision. Highly organized and efficient, with ability to consistently meet identified goals. Ability to exercise sound, expert independent judgment within general policy guidelines. Physical Requirements/Work Environment The work environment for this position involves working in an office setting, and with a variety of people in their homes. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift objects weighing up to ten pounds repeatedly during a shift.
