At least one year of personal injury pre-litigation experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate with related skills.
What You'll Do:
Manage pre-litigation cases: client contact, records review, case tracking, updates to attorneys. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and defense counsel. Draft correspondence and handle routine administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel (WordPerfect a plus). Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. A team player with a positive attitude. Fluency in Spanish (required).
