Specializing in design-build, UL508A panels, automation, and service partnerships. We're hiring a reliable Office Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Answer calls and greet visitors professionally Schedule meetings and assist with project coordination Handle mail, filing, and office supply orders Prepare/edit documents and correspondence Support time tracking, job documentation, and basic job costing Work closely with project managers on active projects Assist with PG&E service applications, upgrades, and utility coordination Help prepare and submit county permitting paperwork for electrical projects and track inspection/approval status Provide general admin support to office and field teams Required Skills Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (invoicing, job costing) Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality Positive, team-oriented attitude Qualifications 2+ years office/administrative support experience Prior experience in construction or electrical contracting strongly preferred High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation and punctuality Preferred Experience with billing, invoicing, or job costing in construction Familiarity with office safety procedures and records management
