Part-Time Office Assistant AtticShield Escondido, CA Job Details Part-time From $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Filing Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Multi-line phone systems Office experience Full Job Description AtticShield is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This is an in-office position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Scheduling Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously. Schedule inspections, estimates, and service appointments using the company's CRM system. Update, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed. Make outbound follow-up calls to customers regarding estimates, appointments, and general inquiries. Route calls and messages to the appropriate team members. Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM. Administrative Support Assist with technician scheduling and daily dispatch coordination. Update and maintain company spreadsheets and records. Monitor office supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Retrieve information and prepare reports as requested. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Experience At least 1 year of office or administrative experience (Preferred) At least 1 year of customer service experience (Required) Experience answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, or working with CRM software is a plus Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and phone etiquette Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Willingness to learn new software and procedures Valid driver's license preferred Computer Skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Experience using CRM software is preferred (training provided if needed)
