The ideal candidate will be someone who can report to the office on a daily basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with the company CEO. Key Responsibilities Handle office check runs and mail runs with accuracy and timeliness. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence. Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical needs. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in all tasks. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to CEO. Monitor CEO's email and respond in a timely manner Qualifications Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Work Environment Part-time position. On-site role requiring daily presence in the office. Direct reporting to the CEO with regular interaction across departments.
Pay:
$2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
