The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment where professionalism, teamwork, and patient service are essential. Key Responsibilities Support the Practice Manager with administrative duties, projects, and operational needs Oversee and assist with patient financial counseling and billing issues Maintain task calendars, schedules, and administrative follow-up Prepare documents, materials, and presentations for meetings and projects Assist with medical office operations and the in-office dispensary as needed Handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion Independently complete varied assignments and ensure timely follow-through Perform additional administrative and practice-related duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong professional writing ability Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize Professional, pleasant, and patient-focused demeanor Strong judgment, initiative, reliability, and ability to work independently Ability to work effectively and respectfully within a team Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new technology and office systems Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling patient, employee, and practice information This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop and grow their administrative expertise in a fast-paced medical environment.
