Job Description
Reports To:
Center Director Job Responsibilities Included but not limited to: Answer, screen, and dispatch incoming phone calls in a pleasant, professional, and courteous manner Greet visitors, families, and members in a pleasant, professional, and courteous manner Efficiently and accurately receive and process members through the check in and check out procedure Perform general office functions such as coordinating mail, data input, file maintenance, and copying and assembling of documents to support the center's enrollment and employment efforts Prepare bi-weekly payroll for submission Print and mail bi-weekly invoicing Submit third party reimbursement claims as outlined by individual organizations Support center marketing efforts with preparation of marketing packets and support marketing email campaigns Assist with preparing and sending prospect information Perform all daily scheduling of Town Square members and ADS data entry Assist with dissemination of any center communication as requested Willing to assist in after hour events held at Town Square Assure all Town Square property—furniture, equipment, supplies, and resources are well maintained This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time. Requirements Minimum high school diploma Minimum of two years in an office managerial setting Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with callers, members and their families, and co-workers Familiar with standard office management procedures Team player who has excellent verbal and communication skills and is detail-oriented Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Quick Books, with ability to quickly master new software Ability to work independently and with a team, while prioritizing as needed to accomplish daily tasks Successful results of background check, and where applicable, additional state specific regulatory requirements.Similar jobs in Folsom, CA
