Personal Assistant — Home & Business Support Folsom, CA Part-time $20-$28 / hour
ABOUT US
I'm a dental practice owner in Folsom, CA running a growing business while building toward bigger personal and financial goals. My time is my most valuable asset — and right now, too much of it is going toward tasks that don't require my direct involvement. I'm looking for a highly organized, resourceful personal assistant to help manage the day-to-day logistics of both my professional office and my home life, so I can focus on what matters most.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a role for someone who gets satisfaction from bringing order to chaos. You'll be trusted with real responsibility across two environments — a professional dental office and a private home — and you'll have the autonomy to build systems, not just complete tasks. No dental background needed.
WHAT YOU'LL HANDLE
At the office: Organizing physical office spaces, supply areas, and storage Setting up and maintaining filing systems (paper and digital) Managing incoming mail, bills, and correspondence Running business-related errands (supply pickups, bank runs, drop-offs) Coordinating vendors, deliveries, and appointments Light administrative tasks as needed At home: Decluttering, organizing, and creating systems for household management Grocery shopping and household errands Laundry pickup, washing, folding, and putting away Managing household bills and mail systems Coordinating home service vendors (repairs, deliveries, appointments) Helping furnish or style spaces as needed Other household tasks that keep things running smoothly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Exceptionally organized — you love systems and creating order Trustworthy and discreet — you'll be working in both a professional and private home environment Self-starter who can identify what needs to be done without being told every time Strong follow-through — you finish what you start Comfortable with a varied day — no two days will look the same Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in home organizing, estate management, office management, or a similar role is a plus
