Paid time off, Paid Holidays, 401(k), EAP, Medical & Dental Offerings Job Overiew The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the corporate office, Executive Team, Human Resources, customers, vendors, and business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. This position serves as a key administrative resource for Human Resources & Executive Team and is expected to exercise sound judgment, anticipate administrative needs, and follow tasks through to completion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Team and Human Resource, including coordinating requests, anticipating administrative needs, and following assignments through to completion. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive company, customer, employee, and business information. Support recruitment and employee administrative activities by maintaining the recruitment tracker, uploading candidate information and resumes, coordinating companywide communications, and assisting with employee recognition activities. Assist with administrative financial processes, including bill reconciliation and coding, customer payment entry, and maintaining accurate supporting records and documentation. Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files, including administrative records, trackers, certificates, and other required business documentation, and monitor records to help ensure information remains current. Perform data entry and other administrative tasks requiring a high degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Support daily office operations by collecting and distributing mail, maintaining office and supply inventory, coordinating supply orders, assisting with correspondence, and helping maintain an organized and professional corporate office environment. Serve as a professional point of contact for customers, employees, vendors, and visitors by greeting guests, answering and directing incoming calls, delivering messages, and providing general assistance and excellent customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office environment. Perform other related administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative projects. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and employees. Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems. Ability to work with administrative, accounting, communication, recruitment, and business-management systems. Strong follow-through and accountability for assigned responsibilities. Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company positively. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, executive administrative, or related experience preferred. Previous experience supporting management or an executive team preferred. Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills. Experience with office phones and standard office equipment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.Pay:
