We are looking for a committed and compassionate individual to be a part of our team! Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering phone calls, scheduling patients, and directing calls as needed Attend meetings and webinars on behalf of the clinic Data Entry Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and doctors Communicate with insurance representatives Various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties Treat all patients with compassion and respect Practice proper HIPAA compliance standards
Assist CEO and Chief Operating Officer Qualifications:
Bilingual in Korean or Spanish (Preferred) Computer Competency Medical Office Experience (Preferred) Bachelor's degree
