Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and Korean-speaking Dental Assistant or Front Office Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team. In this pivotal role, you will be providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications & Requirements ​
Language:
Fluent in Korean (Preferred). ​
Experience:
1+ years of dental assistant or front office / dental reception experience (Required). ​
Dental Software Knowledge:
Experience with practice management software is a plus. ​
Skills:
Excellent communication, strong organization, and friendly customer service skills. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly in Korean, ensuring a friendly and professional front desk presence For dental assistant role: work directly alongside the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures and manage patient comfort. Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software. Verify patient insurance coverage, explain treatment plans, and collect payments while adhering to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Manage patient records accurately, including medical history updates, documentation review, and filing of dental charts Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear information about services and appointment availability Process medical billing and collections related to dental procedures, including CPT coding, /ICD-9 coding, and Medicare claims when applicable.
