This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance workflow efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage administrative tasks with precision, and contribute to a positive and productive office environment. DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day to ensure smooth progress and accountability
  • Administrative duties i.e., general filing of emails/mail, phones, etc.
  • Data Entry (typing up sales orders, invoicing, and ecommerce orders)
  • Logistics tasks (domestic shipping
  • UPS/FedEx, LTL, TL carriers, etc.)
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks to assist company efficiency
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
: 2+ yrs experience in office administration 1 year of college education required Proficiency in standard MS software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Quick Learner & able to multi-task Must be accurate, flexible, organized, and work well under pressure Prioritize & complete tasks in a timely manner Must be consistently at work on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction, and solicit feedback to improve performance. Candidate must be a mature self-starter with a pleasant disposition Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Computer-savvy/literate that can troubleshoot basic computer issues. Bilingual in Spanish/ English preferred but not required High energy personality with a CAN-DO attitude.
