Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.

Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.

Perform data entry and update databases accurately.

Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.

Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical duties.

Support management and staff with administrative tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.

Previous clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
