We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join our team on our multi-year joint venture project in Glendale, California. The position supports daily operations for the project site. This role ensures efficient communication, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination between project staff, field crews, vendors, and corporate office. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Document Control Assist project managers with scheduling, project tracking, and documentation Distribute project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes Track project deadlines, permits, inspections, and compliance documents Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for paperwork and scheduling Assist with timecards and payroll administration Review and Process vendor invoices Request and Track Subcontractors compliance On boarding Manage e-mails, and general office correspondence Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents Order office and job site supplies Skills & Qualifications Experience in construction administration or related field preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction software (Viewpoint, Bluebeam, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Knowledge of basic accounting or job costing is a plus High attention to detail and accuracySchedule:
