Administrative Assistant Job Description This is not your typical admin job. At Folded Hills, you're not just answering emails, you're helping run a 600-acre organic and biodynamic winery, ranch, and farmstead alongside our entire leadership team. Full-Time Commitment Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, onsite at our winery in Gaviota (Santa Ynez Valley). Weekends as needed.

Leadership:
Help the GM and management team keep projects on track, follow up on action items, and keep things moving.
Event Assistance:
Coordinate with vendors, prep materials, and provide day-of support for events.
New Product Setup:
Own the process from start to finish, from tech sheets to product launch.
Online Store Management:
Keep our online store accurate and up to date.
Compliance Support:
Handle compliance emails, signatures, and product updates.
Order Processing & Vendor Coordination:
Place and track orders, communicate with vendors, and keep deliveries on schedule.
Meeting Support:
Take notes, track action items, and follow up so nothing falls through the cracks.
Membership Support:
Assist our Membership Manager with seasonal membership needs.
Social & Marketing Content:
Capture iPhone photos and videos of the property, events, and daily life on the ranch for social media and marketing use.
Merchandise Inventory:
Own the physical merch program, ordering and organizing inventory.
Light Inbox & Calendar Support:
Help manage select emails and scheduling as needed. Who This Role Is For You're organized, detail-oriented, and love checking things off a list. You're a self-starter who can juggle a few projects at once. You want to learn how a company actually runs, from the ground up. You're comfortable asking questions and figuring things out.
Experience:
Some administrative or office experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. We're a small, tight-knit team and hire selectively. If you want hands-on experience across every part of a growing company, with room to grow into more responsibility over time, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation Range:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Occasional walking and standing.
