As an Administrative Aide at Arete, your primary responsibilities: Monitor and restock all office supplies and snacks/drinks. Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings and events. Support facilities as needed Keep common areas organized and clean. Answer door and provide escort support as needed. Provide general administrative and facilities support for daily office tasks. This is an onsite, non-exempt, non-supervisory, part-time, temporary position with the ability to transition into a full-time permanent position based in our Healdsburg, CA office.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and SharePoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and on a team. Advanced record-keeping and organizational skills. Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures, but also able to suggest improvements. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Nice to have (Preferred Skills): Minimum of 1 year working as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role. The salary range for this role is $17 -$19 an hour; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
