MUST HAVE
at least 2+ years' experience in administrative duties, we
WILL STILL TRAIN
on all tasks in order to meet the standards and expectations of the company. Office Hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Tasks include, but not limited to:
  • Estimates
  • Dispatches (Field Paperwork)
  • Project Confirmations
  • Invoicing
  • A/R Calls & Entering Payments
  • Timesheets & Expenses
  • Answering Phones
  • Maintaining Company Address Book
  • Learning all Administrative Tasks throughout the office (including answering phones, mail prep, filing, etc.)
  • Certified Payroll Processing /
Prevailing Wage Paperwork Requirements:
  • 2+ years in administrative experience
  • Proper typing skills, at least 45-55 WPM
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Must have strong ability to multitask
  • Must be able to follow directions and to complete a task to the very last detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and friendly phone demeanor
  • Must be able to proof own work and learn from mistakes
  • Some Certified Payroll and Experience w/ Prevailing Wage Laws Programs we use:
  • Windows 10
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Accelerator Phone Book & Calendar
  • QuickBooks
  • Microsoft Outlook Looking for an individual that is positive, dependable, extremely detailed-oriented, reliable, punctual, self-motivated & hardworking.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. There is potential for growth if the highest of expectations are met. Starting pay depends on experience and skills. Please send in Resume by email.
