Greet visitors and clients with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and executives Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing timely and helpful responses Maintain organized office spaces through effective filing systems, digital document management with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, ideally within a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools is a plus Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and document accuracy Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques This role offers an engaging environment where your organizational talents will shine!
