Experience in a law office is preferred but not required.
Hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:
9:00am-5:00pm ; Wednesday and Friday 9:00am-1:00pm Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Reception / Phone support Editing documents and saving them in the proper location Typing, Scanning, Emailing Calendaring, scheduling Client Service Maintaining files (physical and digital) Ordering supplies Data entry Basic Qualifications At least 3-year general office experience in client-oriented environment. Must have outstanding communication skills. Must have excellent computer skills and should be proficient in Outlook, WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Adobe and be internet savvy. Must be able to multi-task efficiently while answering phones, responding to emails and assisting clients. Must be organized and have the ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision. Handle other various office tasks as needed.
