We are a privately-owned physical therapy practice that specializes in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy & sports medicine, and pride ourselves in giving great care in a relaxed environment. We want applicants who are friendly, energetic, able to multi-task, and who will make a fantastic first impression with those who contact our office. A great personality in person and on the phone is a must -- we want people to see your smile in person and through the phone. Our google reviews illustrate the great team we have. This is an entry-level front office coordinator position, but there is potential for growth and promotion in our growing company.
Front Office Duties include:
Greeting & Registering Patients Scheduling appointments Verification of insurance eligibility and benefits Accurate data entry into patient chart Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently Explains financial requirements to the patient Payment collection & posting Answering questions in a professional and courteous manner Qualifications include: Patient empathy and superior customer service skills Being efficient, organized and resourceful Flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone Reliable and prompt Proficient with computers The position is part-time.
