Job Description

Office Assistant (Full-Time) We are seeking a motivated and dependable Full-Time Office Assistant to support multiple departments within our organization. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professionalism, and be willing to contribute wherever needed to support the team's success. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments. Assist with a variety of office tasks and projects as assigned. Communicate professionally with team members & clients. Maintain organized records, files, and documentation. Travel throughout Northern / Southern California as needed to support business operations. Learn and cross-train in multiple functions to provide flexible organizational support. Qualifications Reliable personal vehicle required for travel throughout Northern / Southern California (mileage reimbursement provided). Knowledge of medical and/or legal terminology is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn, cross-train, and develop proficiency in multiple areas of the organization. Excellent computer and technology skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Pay:
