Job Description

Responsibilities:
Entry level are encouraged to apply as long as they meet the requirement.
Online Presence Management:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance our online presence across various platforms (website, social media, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews online.
Graphic Design:
  • Design visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and convey our company's identity effectively.
Administrative Support:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives.
  • Handle correspondence, including drafting emails and other communications.
  • Assist with documentation and report preparation as needed.
  • General Support:
  • Provide ad-hoc support to various departments as required, including sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
Requirements:
  • MUST Speak Fluent Spanish.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
