The Opportunity
As a Production Administrator, you will be the critical link between operations and administration, ensuring that all production data, schedules, and reporting are accurate and up to date. You will support Sous Chefs and operations leaders, allowing them to stay focused on production, ordering, and execution while you keep the administrative side running seamlessly.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Enter customer and production data into company systems
Prepare daily production and packing reports
Create and organize paperwork for flight production
Make sure all information is accurate and submitted on time
Support supervisors and kitchen leaders so they can stay focused on operations
Help communicate important updates across teams
Assist with projects and daily needs
Assist with scheduling and employee support
What We're Looking For in a Candidate
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3+ years of administrative or clerical experience (3-5 years preferred)
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and data entry)
Strong attention to detail
Good organization and time management
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
