The Office Administrative Assistant will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management. If you possess excellent organizational skills and enjoy providing outstanding customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact every day! Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism Operate phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Support bookkeeping tasks including basic QuickBooks entries and invoice processing Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing files Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies. Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Strong typing skills, attention to detail, and proofreading capabilities Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or receptionist is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities Knowledge of office management best practices and customer service principles Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
