The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be proficient in various office software. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent and high-quality work. This role will be responsible for learning various parts of our company as they assist various individuals in our organization. Duties Manage main office operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally. Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems. Provide clerical support including typing documents, proofreading materials, and managing correspondence. Maintain organization of office supplies and equipment, ensuring a tidy workspace. Collaborate with team members to enhance processes. Good comprehension and retention. Able to work in almond processing facility environment (ambient temperature). Able to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner. Possess good time management skills. 10 key typing skills (preferred). Flexible schedule Able to lift 50lbs Able to speak Spanish (beneficial but not required). Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Experience in customer support or service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients. Familiarity with personal assistant responsibilities and administrative tasks is preferred. Capable of managing time effectively to meet deadlines while multitasking efficiently.
