We are willing to train without experience. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a positive, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Role:
You'll be the welcoming face of our clinic, helping patients check in, coordinating appointments, doing work ups and supporting the team with phone calls, authorizations, and insurance eligibility. Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus — we're happy to train the right person who's eager to learn. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and enjoys working with people Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new systems A quick learner who takes initiative and enjoys teamwork Your daily responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting patients in person and by phone Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance Handling authorizations, referrals, and eligibility checks Supporting other staff as needed to ensure smooth office flow
