Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors to office with warmth and professionalism as soon as they arrive at the office and support as the first business contact that a person will meet at Sporton.
  • Greet visitors and callers, answer visitor inquiries, direct visitors to appropriate contacts, sort mail, answer incoming calls and arrange appointments for guests to meet with company staff.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Maintain and keep record shipping and receiving.
  • Facilitate Company events.
  • Issue visitor badges to Sporton guests.
  • Order and pick up lunch for customers.
  • Manage office supplies.
  • Maintain break room cleanliness.
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor. Requirements
  • High School or Community College graduates in any major.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Great communication skills and solid written.
  • Strong organization skills and personality is the key to this position.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Basic computer knowledge, familiar with Microsoft office software.
  • Strong office and technical skills are plus.
  • Must be proactive.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • English and Mandarin speaking/writing is a plus.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
