Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Answer and direct multi-line phone systems with professionalism and clarity, maintaining courteous phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organization to optimize office productivity Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems, handle correspondence, and support clerical duties including copying, scanning, and document management Support office management by coordinating supplies, managing inventory, and assisting with general administrative tasks Utilize technical proficiency in computer skills and software applications to streamline daily operations and improve efficiency Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse clients and team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Experience with office management tasks such as filing, calendar management, and clerical support Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally Previous office experience or administrative experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer support and client communication This paid position offers a rewarding environment where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine.
