Job description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the financial and administrative operations of Noodle St. This is a full-time position working closely with the Accounting Dept and HR Dept, responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and supporting the overall operations. Our office team plays a critical role in supporting daily restaurant operations, including communication, coordination, organization, and problem solving across departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Process and track credit card reimbursement requests accurately and in a timely manner Generate and pay invoices as needed Prepare, print, and bind monthly financial meeting reports Create bills and expense entries in R365 for all locations Assist with preparing and organizing monthly sales bonus reports for all locations Coordinate and organize end-of-month inventory counts for all restaurant locations Process employee parking payments for Pasadena, CK, and LA Generate monthly Top 10 and Bottom 10 sales item reports for all locations Assist the HR department with administrative tasks as needed Organize, maintain, and file receipts, invoices, and other financial documents properly Perform additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are skills and/or abilities required. Experience with R365 or similar accounting software preferred Previous accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, or office support experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive and willing to learn Bilingual in English and Chinese required
Education/Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
