Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant
Temp to Hire
Hours:
M-F// 8a-3:30pm - 35 hours per week
Pay:
$21-24/hr.
Job Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Open and distribute incoming mail& packages; Prepare outgoing mail
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Monitor office supplies and submit office supply purchase requests to accounting
- Prepare travel arrangements
- Reconcile and submit expense reports for approval
- Greet visitors
- Assist accounting with online bank deposits, check printing, benefits and various other duties as needed
- Take 'paper' deposits to bank as required
- Maintain petty cash distributions
- Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
