About the Role Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time MClub Coordinator to join the team in our MClub department. As an MClub Coordinator, you will deliver a World Class Experience to members of the MClub member-based bank loyalty program. This position provides administrative and office assistance to the Director of MClub to support the achievement of bank objectives in the areas of exceptional customer service, client profitability, acquisition, expansion and retention through the offering of a travel and social enrichment program for clients who maintain minimum required deposits to join. Additionally, the MClub coordinator supports the Wealth Management team with general office administrative and front desk tasks. You will be located in Montecito, CA with a fully on-site work schedule. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in event planning, travel planning, or combined event/travel coordination required. 1-3 years of office administration experience required. 1-3 years basic bookkeeping experience highly desired. Travel and calendar coordination highly desired. Previous experience working or engagement with non-profit organizations desired. Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid Certifications required. Your Responsibilities The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to: Provide Maintain a proactive approach, exceptional client service, and improve client retention. Perform accounting for all social events and tours as required using QuickBooks. Assist Director of MClub with planning, payment coordination of tours and educational programs and lunch and learn program. Maintain data integrity of variety of spreadsheets of attendees to various events and tours offered. Develop professional relationships with all lines of businesses throughout the bank to build productive partnerships that produce referrals to MClub and Wealth Management Serve as front desk associate in the Wealth Management office meeting and greeting clients. Maintain office and kitchen area, ordering general supplies as needed. Support the members of the WM team with presentation materials for client meetings. Responsible for weekly mail pick up. Administration duties, including maintaining conference rooms and calendar scheduling.
