Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative tasks to support the church office. This is a full-time non-exempt position reports directly to the church office manager and/or senior pastor. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, retirement plan, vacation and sick compensation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to communicate fluently in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing. Minimum of one years' experience in administrative. Strong organization, attention to details, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. A self-starter, strong ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a team player.
Responsibilities and duties:
Provides clerical and administrative assistance to the church office. General record keeping as assigned Effective, timely communication and follow-up with church members' request Maintain office and church supplies Answer phone calls, front desk receptionist and distribute incoming mails/package Preparing and printing weekly bulletin Processing invoices, payment and other financial transactions First contact for outside vendor and church members If you have questions, please email to Twiner at
