Full Job Description:
A growing Property Management company is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and takes initiative when handling tasks and projects. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the maintenance and accounting departments. Assist with managing property owner expenses and property-related records. Record and maintain accurate tenant payment documentation. Prepare, create, and update monthly invoices and rent roll. Organize, file, and maintain office paperwork and electronic records. Answer and direct phone calls professionally. Respond to emails and assist with general office correspondence. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Complete additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Work schedule for a part-time position is 4 hours maximum a day, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Hours are flexible. Full-time positions are 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 10:00AM-6:00PM. Reference letters are recommended but not required.
